In order to have a Colt Rod serviced:
Scratched paint? Broken guides or your dog chewed your handle off?
Our experienced team of rod builders can assess what you need done to correct the issue and have you back on the water with your Colt Rod in short order.
Please send the entire rod, freight pre-paid and insured for its full value. Be sure to include all broken parts or pieces. Send the rod either in its original packaging, or in packaging affording an equal degree of protection as the original packaging.
Be sure to also include a note with your name, shipping address, phone # and e-mail address (if available), as well as an explanation of the nature of the problem.
Once a rod builder has assessed the situation, a Colt Customer Service representative will call you to discuss the nature of the repair.
For return shipments within the U.S., also include a check for $50, or a Visa, Master Card or American Express credit card # with the name that appears on the card, and the expiration date.
